Delta Investigative Services is proudly owned and operated by Joe Cabral, a licensed Private Investigator with over 30 years of experience in the Province of Ontario. Since acquiring Delta in October 2001, Joe has guided the firm’s growth into one of Ontario’s most reputable, reliable, and sought-after investigative agencies, trusted by legal professionals, corporations, insurers, and private clients alike.

During the first decade of his career, prior to acquiring Delta, Joe honed his expertise as a Surveillance and Background Investigation Specialist. He was consistently selected as the lead investigator on complex and high-risk assignments that demanded discretion, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. In addition to fieldwork, Joe played a key role in business development, investigator training, operational supervision, and client account management, building a strong foundation in both investigative excellence and professional service delivery.

Today, Delta Investigative Services has a team of over 40 dedicated employees and continues to grow through long-standing client relationships and referrals, a testament to the firm’s commitment to integrity, results, and professionalism.
